Traditionally, cutlets from a mixture of pork and minced beef are the favorites.


Ingredients:

minced pork (in ratio 1:1) - 1 kilogram;

chicken eggs - 2 pieces;

onions - 2 middle heads;

semolina - 3 tablespoons;

white bread or loaf - 1/3 of the standard loaf;

mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;

milk - 1 glass;

spices (ground pepper, mayonnaise, basil, coriander);

salt to taste;

vegetable oil;

breadcrumbs and flour.

Let's begin the preparation of ingredients for cutlets. Peel the onion and cut into small dice.
