yolks - 3 pieces;

margarine or butter - 150 grams;

sugar - 1.5 glasses;

flour - 4,5 glasses;

soda - 1 teaspoon;

vinegar - 1 tablespoon;

salt - 0.5 teaspoon;

apples - 300 grams;

seedless cherries - 250 grams.

For meringue:

proteins - 3 pieces;

sugar - 1 glass;

cherry - 50 grams.
